– This Innovation Challenge Track or IC Track is for college/university students
– The maximum size of a team is four members
– It is possible for team members to come from different countries or academic institutions (IEEE or non-IEEE members are permitted)
– One mentor can be purposed for the team and can be a lecturer/professional or a student (a lecturer/professional is more preferably)
– One mentor is only for one team
– The mentor cannot act as a team member
– Every team member cannot perform in more than one team (it means one team, one abstract/application only)
– It is free, no pay for abstract/application submitting
